Individual Therapy

for Young Adults, Caretakers, and Professional Helpers

While our specialty at Ensemble Therapy is working with children and adolescents, did you know that we also have individual therapy for adults, too?

Whether you have kids in your life or not, we were once all children, and for many of us, there are challenging circumstances from our own childhood that our adult selves are still navigating in the present. Because we work so intimately with children and the young developing brain, our therapeutic approach can be especially impactful for adults living with childhood trauma, caretakers, college students, young adults transitioning from childhood to adulthood, helpers, healers, and educators.

The human experience is complicated.

If you happen to be struggling in this moment, know that you are not flawed. We are exposed to so much more than our dear bodies can often handle, and it is a brave thing to ask for help.

Therapy can be an effective tool while you investigate some of life’s big questions such as:

  • Childhood wounds

  • Identity exploration

  • Career exploration

  • Relationships

  • Raising children

  • Battling compassion fatigue

  • Existential questioning

Therapy can also support you in embracing a wider perspective to help you make a more informed decision that feels rooted in your truth and awash with self-compassion.
