Ruby has a worry. The worry starts out small but slowly it begins to grow until it is huge. It soon becomes all Ruby can think about until one day she notices another person with a worry. After talking with the boy, both of their worries begin to shrink until they are very small. Ruby realizes she is not the only one with worries and that talking with someone can make her feel better.

Why you might want to read it:

This book normalizes feeling anxious and illustrates how worries can stop us from doing things we love. Talking to others can make our worries feel smaller and this book conveys that in a beautiful, kid friendly way.
