3 questions for you to ask your children after reading it:

  1. Prior to reading the story, take notice of how your body is feeling. Notice how fast or slow you are breathing, how fast or slow your heart rate is. Do you feel tightness any where in your body? What are you thinking about? Now, read the book.

  2. The author shares ideas of how you can be mindful. What is one way you can try to be for mindful?

  3. After reading the story or complete the guided meditation at the end of the book, notice how your body is feeling now. Is there a difference?
